bethany and brandon

With the snow that touched down on Friday, it is hard for me to believe these pictures are from just a few weeks ago.  I'm so happy to come back to them now.  Not only to remind me of the nice weather, but of how special this session was.

The location was amazing, the sun was gorgeous and these two weren't scared away when I approached them some 5 months ago to capture Bethany's pregnancy.  Yes, you read that right.  It was back in June when Bethany and Brandon had announced their pregnancy that I chatted with Bethany about finding a time in the fall for a photo shoot together.  Thankfully they were both totally willing to oblige this eager photographer.

I loved the idea of having it at Bethany's childhood home.  We were able to incorporate special memories like this tree that was planted when Bethany was a baby.

There were also tons of cool spots for photos.  No problem for Bethany to climb on this pile of wood.

And this is the barn that held Bethany and Brandon's wedding reception.

I love this one.

Brandon has been reading to the baby every night before bed.  Another memory to capture for them.

Can't wait to meet your little one!  (Yes, you guessed it.  I've already approached them about taking newborn shots!)
