we've been hit

There go my intentions of getting up some pics from some recent photo shoots.  Or to work on improving my editing process with those pictures.  Instead we are experiencing our first sickie of the year.  We were clear from flu last year, so I really can't complain too much.  But this poor guy was up ALL night.  Today has been much better, despite the tell tale sick signs surrounding him (just in case towels around the couch, the garbage pail, water for sipping and bananas from the BRAT diet).  He has some big plans on Friday that he needs to be healthy for.  (Psst.  It's his birthday and he's having his first friend birthday party).  He's trying really hard to make sure he's okay for the big day.  Just before falling asleep tonight he whispered  "I feel good Mommy.  I feel normal."  I hope so buddy.  I really hope so.
