This is the first year since children that we've cut down our own Christmas tree. Everyone was so excited. Conditions were a bit muddy and cold but we all had lots of patience while searching the many rows of trees. There was lots of pointing and asking "How about this tree?" (Especially from Jesse.) No one complained as we continued our search for the best tree.
Finally, we decided on the one.
Abigail figures it is 14 years old.
It looks great inside our home.
